For the fourth straight month, Comic Related has broken the one million hit mark and this month, for the first time, we blew right past the 1.5 million hit mark. Our new site record (set in April) raised the bar by 374,704 hits over last month's total. That's an increase of over 30% in just one month!

I think it is safe to say that we are the fastest growing comic news and information site on the web today. When you consider that we experienced 353,692 hits in April 2007 and 1,620,488 in April 2008, I don't think that claim is a hard one to back up. Just look below for the complete numerical history. In terms of visitors, we enjoyed equally significant growth hitting 183,522 visitors for the month. That's 40,668 more visitors than March marking over 28% growth in people checking out the site (again... in just one month). Of that number, 43,729 were unique visitors. An average of 6,035 visitors were here with us each day (compared to last months 4,830). On average visitors stayed 6 minutes, 16 seconds each time they stopped by.

For the third straight month, Comic Related has broken the one million hit mark. Quite honestly, this month we didn't just break that mark, we destroyed it. I'm pleased to say that we've clearly going to have to begin targeting new goals as readership continues to exceed expectations. The new site record (set in March) raised the bar by 197,852 hits over last month's total. That's an increase of over 19% in just one month!

In terms of visitors, we also enjoyed significant growth hitting 142,854 visitors for the month. That's 35,550 more visitors than February marking a 33% growth in people checking out the site (again... in just one month). Of that number, 41,449 were unique visitors. An average of 4,830 visitors were here with us each day. On average visitors stayed 6 minutes, 2 seconds each time they stopped by.

In terms of visitors, we held strong with 107,000 with 48,843 unique visitors. An average of 3,700 visitors were here with us each day. On average visitors stayed 7 minutes, 17 seconds each time they stopped by.

Pop the cork and pass the champagne as January destroyed all past months in terms of site usage! Our grown has been unprecedented over the last three months (Nov: 521,660, Dec: 750,770, Jan: 1,006,067) and I wish to thank EVERY SINGLE VISTOR for making it happen. I had hoped to break the one million hit mark by the end of 2008, but we ended up doing it in the first month of the year scoring a grand total of 1,006,067 hits in January.

In terms of visitors, we had 111,918 stop by during the month which is up from 89,119 in November. Out of that monthly total, 48,962 were unique visitors. An average of just under 4,000 visitors were here with us each day. On average, visitors stayed 9 minutes, 4 seconds each time they stopped by.

Given what we have planned for the website and where we're headed in the next few months, I shudder to think where we will be in December 2008. At this point, I won't even guess...

December's numbers defied all expectations! With the holidays, hit and user sessions typically go down, but our early December numbers were so strong that it blew us through the roof giving us a record setting month unlike any we've seen in the site's history.
